The HER-Story of BreakFIT
BreakFIT Wellness LLC was a vision of passion before it became reality in March 2020. For Sinceree Clarke-Diego, CEO and Founder, fitness has always been an avenue of choice. Playing tennis as a child, volleyball during adolescence through college, and a slew of random sports in between including rugby and recently picking up soccer during the pandemic. She loved feeling strong , which is the opposite of "being a woman" in today's society. Wanting to provide a healthy world to all, BreakFIT Wellness was launched during the the early months of 2020 online during the pandemic of Covid 19.
BreakFIT Wellness is a WOMEN ONLY online company out of Boston that provides online classes and personal training with energetic and knowledgeable instructors. Living by the moto "Strength comes in ALL sizes," our mission is to empower the women by providing a space to build strength, accountability and a sense of community. Classes are held weekly in the format of Tabata; HITT style, and our CEO/Founder’s own design TEN10TEN. Personal training is designed for women in all stages of life including; pre/post natal and active seniors.
As a Fitness Professional for 15+ years, Sinceree's passion for women's health, her ability to help others succeed and willingness to lead her community, is the backbone of BreakFIT Wellness. Providing a much needed service to the health and fitness industry.
